Information about having a wedding ceremony at a courthouse.
Please remember this is a working courthouse, not a wedding chapel. Not all individuals in the courthouse are happy to be here. You may observe individuals in handcuffs and/or under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
All wedding ceremonies are scheduled on Wednesdays between 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm. The court does its best to stay on schedule. If the Applicants are not present and prepared to proceed within 5 minutes of their scheduled wedding ceremony, the ceremony will be rescheduled. The ceremony will only be rescheduled once. If the ceremony cannot occur within the required timeframe listed on your valid marriage license, the filing fee will be refunded.
When scheduling your ceremony, please notify this court if an interpreter is requested. This court will provide an interpret via the telephone, upon request.
